I am recently returned to yoga and know how popular Tara Lee is, so thought of giving this a go. I absolutely love it. Firstly, she is so beautiful to watch and I found it easy to follow her without getting lost. Because she separates the dvd into three sections you can always just do one and the relaxation if short of time.
