The “Shift” is here. We are in the middle of the Real Estate “Shift” and inventory is SUPER LOW throughout the entire country. Systems we were using just 8 months ago to get a seller to call us simply died because of what’s happening in the Real Estate market. Last year we had 10 powerhouse systems for bringing in Ultra-Motivated Sellers nobody knew about. We had to drop 4 of the 10 systems due to “Lack of Motivation” on the sellers ends. Who could blame them… America is on fire RIGHT NOW!!!
