Meet Your Experts:

Mitch Hauschildt, MA, ATC, CSCS, has 20 years of experience as an athletic trainer and certified strength and conditioning Specialist. Mr. Hauschildt obtained both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of South Dakota. He serves as the prevention, rehab, and physical performance coordinator at Missouri State University, and has also served as the strength and conditioning coach for both men’s and women’s basketball and volleyball.

Mr. Hauschildt is founder and president of Maximum Training Solutions, LLC, and has worked with thousands of athletes throughout his career, including clients who have won World Series rings, played in the NFL, NBA, MLS, and competed in the Olympics. He is a noted speaker on both a regional and national level and has been published multiple times in professional journals and coaching websites.

Milica McDowell PT, MSPT, DPT, C-EP has been in clinical physical therapy practice for 15 years. Following undergraduate studies in Exercise Physiology at Montana State University, Milica received her Master’s Degree from University of Colorado and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Idaho State University, where she studied knee injuries in team sport athletes.

Milica has specialized in orthopedics and sports medicine throughout her rehab career, working with athletes of all ages and ability levels. She owns and operates Clearwater Physical Therapy, Bluebird Medical Supply Company and Epic Fitness Center. In addition to her clinical practice and teaching in the Masters of Science in Science Education and undergraduate Human Performance Programs at Montana State University, Milica is a founder and the Chief Medical Officer of 4c Sports Injury Analytics.

Milica’s primary areas of research interest include biomechanical baseline testing, kinematic predictors of athletic injury, and postural sway as a concussion assessment tool. She is a member of APTA and NATA and volunteers her time for Ironman triathlon medical support. Milica enjoys recreating with her family, cooking, triathlon, downhill skiing and goldendoodles.

Cindi Lockhart, RDN, LD, IFNCP, is board-certified as an integrative and functional nutrition practitioner with over 27 years in professional practice. She has trained nutrition, fitness, and medical practitioners throughout most of her career yet maintains a personal practice with clients/patients as she believes that the only way she can effectively educate and inspire other practitioners is through her own practical experience with clients. In addition to educating on how Food is Medicine, Cindi also specializes in coaching clients and practitioners on the importance of managing stress, optimizing sleep, proper exercise and movement, and reducing exposure to environmental toxins.

George Davies DPT, MED, PT, SCS, ATC, LAT, CSCS, PES, FAPTA is an internationally-known speaker who has presented hundreds of conferences throughout the world on sports physical therapy, athletic training, shoulder, knee, open and closed kinetic chain topics, orthopaedics, rehabilitation and Isokinetics. George is a clinician, educator, speaker, researcher, author, editor, patent holder for exercise equipment and consultant. He has been involved in the clinical practice of sports physical therapy/athletic training, since he was a student athletic trainer, for over 55 years. He has a passion for teaching and has been an educator for over 48 years in colleges and universities. Dr. Davies has been involved in many research projects that have been presented at numerous national and international conferences and published in various journals. He has participated in hundreds of scientific conferences and workshops throughout the world in the last 45 years. He has published over 200 articles and research abstracts in various periodicals, has written several books and has contributed chapters to over 45 books. George was the original co-founder and co-editor of The Journal of Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy for approximately 10 years. George was also one of the founders and original Associate Editors for Sports Health: A Multidisciplinary Approach for the past 10 years.
