Understanding Your 4 Intuitive Powers

By understanding how — and where — your body is sensing energy and information, you start to open to the full range of your intuition… clairsentience, clairaudience, claircognizance, and clairvoyance.

Clairsentience, also known as empathic intuition (sourced in the first three chakras), comes through the feeling sense and emotions. Many empaths and sensitives may think this is their most developed form of intuition — when in reality, they may be more clairvoyant or claircognizant.

Or, you may have come into the world with a strong throat chakra (fifth chakra), and innately have a strong sense of clairaudience — which empowers you to listen intuitively, speak your truth, and receive messages from your Higher Self and the divine realms.

Claircognizance, associated with the third and fourth chakras, is a metaphysical term for deep knowing, aka “psychic hit” or “gut feeling.” This power of intuition can be strengthened through intentional movement and a kinesthetic experience of life.

Energy Blocks Common to Empaths: Clearing & Grounding Your Lower Body

Many overly empathic or sensitive people are blocked in the first chakra (concerned with safety, belonging, and trust). Closing off this part of the energy system creates imbalances in the second chakra (the energy center for relationships) and third chakra (the power center).

Week 3: Clairsentience — Reclaiming Your True Self to Strengthen Your Empathic Boundaries (July 24)

Where exactly did you lose your sense of self in (what are supposed to be) your body’s power centers? You’ll find out in this week’s class.

Clairsentience is a power of the second and third chakras, the power centers for feeling self and others in the world. As an empath, when you take on the energy of others, you can lose your sense of self in these specific power centers.

Week 7: Claircognizance — Open the Heart & Honor the Barriers to Your Soul’s Journey (August 21)

The heart is the melting pot of the divine Universe and the divine soul, and this union allows you to feel the purpose behind your intuitive gifts. We’ll journey to your divine self and discover powerful truths.

When you reach a place where the heart is ready to open, the soul expands, and the barriers, shell, and protection mechanisms begin to crack, allowing more of your true light to emerge.
